Board of Library Tweens (BLT)
Mission
The Board of Library Tweens gives youth ages 9–12 an opportunity to discover their voice, share ideas, and take action. It provides a welcoming space where young people can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and learn how to turn their ideas into results benefiting the library and their peers. The program also encourages library use and helps participants discover the many opportunities, resources, and benefits the library has to offer.
Maximum number of participants: 15
