Teen Volunteer Opportunities
Program Facilitator
Want to be part of a program at Milton Public Library? Do you have a skill, talent, or passion for a topic and wish to share with others? We at the library love to encourage community members to share their time and knowledge with others. We would be thrilled to work with you to schedule a one-time program or a series of workshops.
We are open to anything from STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math), to author visits, informational presentations, discussion panels, hands-on workshops, demonstrations, animals, and more. You have an idea? Let’s talk about it.
Sports Shorts Interview
Ashlee would love to interview student athletes at the Milton Middle School and Milton High School for a segment of the library’s podcast, Check Out MPL, called Sports Shorts.
If you’re interested in being a part of a 5-8 minute interview (audio only!) about why you participate in a certain sport, how you get ready for games/competitions, and more, please email Ashlee at kunkel.ashlee@miltonpubliclibrary.org.
Teen Advisory Board
The Teen Advisory Board is a group of teens in grades 7-12 that help decide teen programming and services at the library. TAB typically meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. for approximately an hour.

Applications are currently unavailble for TAB.

Through our mission-related activities, we strive to make our community a better place!
